When you subscribe or contact us we collect what you give us: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything you write in the form. If you request a pilot takeoff and share a link to a drawing set, we access that set only to run your pilot.
To reply to you, to run the pilot you asked for, and — if you confirmed a subscription — to send occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell or rent your information.
Drawing sets you share stay yours. We read them to produce your takeoff, we don't share them with anyone else, and we don't use them for anything beyond your own pilot. Ask us to delete a set and we will.
Subscriber and contact data is stored with Supabase (database) and emails are delivered via Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, which collects standard anonymous analytics.
